OSD Output
I’m using a DVX-100B.
I record back-ups onto DVD for a lot of projects and need to have the time and date burned onto the video. However, I would prefer not to have the terribly placed big red “REC” hovering at the top of the screen over my subject matter. I’ve checked the manual and played around a bit but am not finding any way to disable the REC symbol while still outputting time and date over RCA. Any tips tricks or hacks to make this happen?

If anyone cares I solved my own problem. If you turn OFF OSD Output but still turn on Time/Date display, it will output over analog output. Wish I could say the same for my JVC camera…
