    OS 10.3.8 and airport

    I’d been running 10.3.5 for a while and never had any issues until I upgraded to 10.3.8 because I was advised that was the most stable setup for FCP4. Now half of the time when I turn on the airport to try to get online it gives me this “there was an error joining the airport network” error. Are there any known issues with 10.3.8 and airports?

    I’ve repaired permissions a million times already…

    You may want to try trashing all preferences with Airport and restarting… that might clean up what repairing permissions cannot.
