So you want Option T to play in reverse? Is that what you’re asking?

Regardless, you can change a lot of keyboard shortcuts by going to Tools – Keyboard Layout – Customize.

Option – T is toggle clip keyframes.

A toggle reverses itself when repeated.

So, if I understand your question correctly, just hit Option – T again to reverse it.
