Optical Flow-looking Morph Effect
I’ve tried messing with optical flow to get this effect in premiere, but haven’t had much luck. I do not know if that would be the proper way to try getting the effect, it’s just what was closest that i knew of. I tried mesh warping in ae, but it seems way too lengthy for something so simple. Maybe time displacement? Any help is appreciated.

Yes, that would be Optical flow in Premiere, Pixel Motion frame blend in After Effects or Twixtor. Skip a number of frames and let the effect try and build the in-between frames.

Yeah, I was able to get it with twixtor best
