Opening Titles
I am making this family video.
I want simple fedIn and FedOut dissloves in the opening of my video – in just plain black and while- no superimpose.
I dont have any other tool like AE or Live type so i dont mind using FCP inbult.suggest me how to go about it..

Cross Dissolve. Add it at the head of your clip if it is at the beginning of the sequence. If you want to fade to black then back to the new clip, then use the DIP TO COLOR transition.

I want to fade in to a title from black in the begining of my sequence. The first title fade out to black. Then, next titles Fade in from Black and fade out to black.
What interface/video generator should I use to create Titles?? Most of my titles are two Liners; one line of words above another line/
