Opening CatDV 3.0.10 catalog on CatDV 7.0 or 8.0
Hello,
I would like to know if it’s possible to open (or convert) the CatDV 3.0.10 catalog in (to) CatDV 7.0 or 8.0.I’m asking this because a client has the CatDV 3.0.10 for years and now they want to upgrade just the client to get those catalogs exportes as Final Cut Pro projects.
Is this possible?

You should be able to, though you may see some sort of warning messages (and are unlikely to be able to go the other way, so save a copy of the original catalogs before overwriting them using a later version of CatDV if you think you might need to go back).
Are you saying it doesn’t work? What happens if you try it?
