    Hi all

Iam running ProAnimator 4.3.3on an Intel Core2 Duo 2.66MHz, Windows XP SP2, 4 GBs Corsair 800MHz memory, Catalyst 8.1 and an ATI X1900XTX 512MB Radeon PCIe video card.

My OpenGL renders for stills, renders and previews are corrupt when using the Black Stiletto preset or similar presets. Invigorator renders are fine. Here are some links to screenshots for comparison:

Anyone else having any issues with a similar setup?

If I create a new text object and apply the preset to the entire object, I get the corrupt images.

    Hi Gary.

OpenGL reflections are mapped differently than with the software renderer. The graphics card, in some part, determines how reflection maps look.

If the software renderer is working for you, I’d suggest accepting the time hit and take the better quality.

Let us know if you have more questions.

I rendered out an animation (twice) in AE CS3 and the text flickered. Uninstalled Catalyst 8.1 and reinstalled Catalyst 7.11 and the problem was solved. Seems that Catalyst 8.1 was the problem.
