Working in 3D with layers and a light. Not too complex of a comp, but I keep getting the error

“After Effects error: OpenGL: Failed to create render context. (5044 – 0)”

I’m using the Advanced 3D renderer.

Can anyone translate what this means and how I can fix it?

    Thanks in advance!

Just to get the project done, I removed the OpenGL plugin from the plugin folder and was able to work again. Should I try to place it back into the plugin folder before doing my final render, or will it be okay to render without OGL turned on? What I want to really figure out is what is “wrong with it in the first place?”.

    Thanks
