    Hey guys!

I have a 3d composition with a background image that loses quality everytime I nest the comp into another with the OpenGL turned on. When I turn off Open GL the foreground ( an animated object) then loses it’s quality. I know there has got to be a way to get both best quality.

    Any ideas?

    Paul

open GL is pretty much useless in After Effects.

It may not look great in the preview, but try rendering and see if your quality suffers or not.

I’m betting OpenGL won’t help your renders one whit.
