Opened old project from Vegas 10 in veg 12 how to auto find clips?
I have opened a ver 10 veg file in Ver 12 and it easily contains 150 pieces clips , jpegs ect… and it is asking to locate one at a time, though they are all in the same folder – is there a setting that allows it to say do you want me to get the rest from same folder? The earlier version did that, I think?

I’ve seen this happen before where the option to use the same folder is not being asked. I’m not sure how Vegas Pro gets into this state but you may be able to ignore all and save the project under a new name as V12 project then open it up again and you might see the regular dialog that allows you to find the first piece of media and use the same folder for all others. I forget how I fixed this but it was something along those lines of ignoring the first set of prompts and trying to get Vegas to prompt again more intelligently.
