Yesterday I was double clicking the clip in the timeline to open it in the viewer… It would not open.. I would have to right click and pick open from the menu..

After 2 hours of reboots, attempted work arounds, reboot….. I looked in the Mac Preferences under mouse and realized that the the mouse double click adjuster was all the way to fast… I stepped the slide back to about 75% fast …. and everything is fine now..

It makes you really appreciate the ability to double click the clip and to the viewer it goes..

Try it,,, it should be a great way to get a stress headache… I suppose it is best to know this before it happens to you..

Just thought I would share…. don’t really know if this is new or not…
