Under Preferences, under Preview…There is the Open GL Info…click on that.

My video card has 256 MB memory on it.

If I set the texture memory to 256 Mb, will it enable faster previewing and get the most out of my video card?

    Any thoughts..?

    Thanks

I don´t undestand clearly how it works the texture management in opengl. But I suppouse that higher values are always better (more mb means more space on vram to store textures), WITHOUT force it at top.
You can try following the legacy setup by adobe:
“…enter a value for Texture Memory of no more than 80% of the installed video RAM (VRAM) on your video card.”
