    Hi

I have a project that has come from a FCP7 xml which contains clip opacity info (ie the editor was using the clip overlay keyframes).
This seems too have come through into my conform (some clips are semi transparent) but I can’t control or alter or see how much or on which clip this is happening?

How is Da Vinci interpreting this info and how can a get control of it as some of it is wrong. (ie some are left on screen alone but 50% transparent

The offline was a SD DV pal and I’m grading DPX sequences

    Any ideas?

    Mike

Only way to fix this as I see it; import XML to FCP, fix the problem and export new XML.
At least, that’s the way to do it if you’re more comfortable with a gui.

If you don’t mind, I think you could edit the XML in a TextEdit or something similar.
