I need quickly learn Adobe Premiere Pro.

I am in search of a full online tutorial. I know there’s lynda.com and read about creativeedge.com.
Any thoughts on either of those two – or any other service I don’t know about?
Wonder what you suggest to learn the basics and get editing in the next few days (project due in 10 days, short form reel).

I did just received Richard Harrington’s book so I’ll start reading that this morning.

    thanks in advance.

Don’t forget about the free video training that adobe provides:

Really there isn’t a silver bullet to learning any app. Just diving in is usually the best way — and it sounds like that’s exactly what you’re about to do! Good luck!

There are quite a few tutorials here on Creative Cow. I personally have been a subscriber to Lynda for about 3 years, and highly recommend them if you can swing the $$.

Thank you, Steve and thank you, Ben.

I will go with Lynda.com (since I’m going to expense it at work).
It’s faster than the Richard Harrington book which I don’t have time to sit with – but will do so later this evening.

    Can’t wait to start editing.

(Learned Final Cut Pro years ago, was Avid certified but as a producer don’t get to edit as much as I used to).
