Online Manuals for Vintage Gear-Link Me Marge…
i am looking to download an owner’s manual for an old sony reel-to-reel which we are using as a prop in a filmshoot this weedend and we need it to operate. it has been serviced and is in working order.
on the unit itself is says, “sony sterecorder”.
it also says “stereo center 230”i’ve had no trouble finding free manual downloads on other vintage gear but am having trouble with this one.
can anybody do me a solid and link me up?

Here are some other interesting tidbits – they’re out there if you care to dig a little bit.
Sony Specifications Sorry the font is so small; you can zoom in using your browser or other program to try and read it.
This place may have the manual in stock.

hey thanks wolf. i did find the same advertisement that you did. the little jpg that you sent w sony 230 spec’s etc… was actually helpful. so thanks again. i appreciate your response and help w this. jeff

Glad I could help.
Most companies like Sony have a manual archive – it might not be available for public use, but you could always call them and ask.
