I keep getting the error message in the subject when I try to submit a job.

Not entirely sure what I’m doing wrong.

The second setting line needs a setting so that an icon appears on the far left side like the top setting. It appears you may have cleared the setting and/or destination on the lower setting.
If you are not trying to create two versions of the the file then delete the second one. If you are trying to create two I would delete the second setting line and start over as Compressor doesn’t know what to do as is.
