In the source sequence, why do you have to hightlight the clips and choose syncrinize? Why isn’t it enough to find the sync points… cut the clips to there, and drag both clips to the beginning of the time line and “walla”… your timeline is synced!

By the way, I have multi clips on each track in the source sequence and when I choose all the clips on both tracks, the “syncrinize” is greayed out! Only if I choose the first clip on both tracks can I choose “syncrinize”. Is this the way it works?

    Yup!
During multi-camera events, all cameras record until the event or the tape ends. Failure to do this is a recipe for a nightmare…been there done that!
