one layer comes out squashed in export
I am animating a clock face. In photoshop, I cut the clock into different layers, a background and one layer for each hand, and then a blank clock layer covering half the clock where the hands had been.
I imported ‘All layers’ of the PSD file and animated the clock hands in Motion and it worked great, even the RAM preview looks perfect, but every time I export it in compressor, which works perfect 50 times a day other than this, one of the layers, the background, comes out squashed to the left side. I have never touched this layer.
Why is the RAM preview perfect if it is messed up? What causes this?

Have you tried enabling fixed resolution on the layer that contains the item that gets squashed?
Motion handles the rendering slightly different to FCP & Compressor so the above may help.
