  on capture audio vibrate video

  I had an older pc where i used decklink extreme to capture videos. Now i bough HP Pavilion m9100T 4gig ram, Geforce gt220 and when capturing on premiere cs3 (or other softwares) whenewer there is a voice (audio) – it vibrates video. This never happend earlier on very very weaker pc. The same resoult i had on Win XP, Wista and Windows 7. I tried everything what comes to my mind (even disabling audio hardware) and nothing works. I tried oldest and newest drivers – the same resoult. Capture i am doing is on PAL (Y in) & Analog XLR Audio – video output is component from camcorder.
  What more, windows doesn’t create 2nd display of decklink prewiev with none of drivers!

  Does anyone had these kind of troubles?
