Yes, I would also like to thank Oliver for a series of really well thought out and impartial articles about FCPX and Premier.

Can’t say I’ve bought many of the plugins he has written about. I’m sort of waiting to see what comes packed with the updated FCPX. For instance has anybody tried out the superb new White Balance tool in iMovie.

Thanks. Plug-ins are one of those things that some folks really get off on and others can take or leave. The built-in tools are quite good. Frankly there are tons of nice freebees by Alex, Simon and others. FPC.co has a whole forum section devoted to those.

Yes, I have, and it falls into the usual Apple just-about-good-enough-but-not-very-much-more-than-that category of offering.
There are better solutions out there …
