okay – Now That I Have Learned All These Beautiful Visual Effects
Where do I get the sound to match them. Dudes, I must have knowledge about AUDIO. I must know now. Hollywood will laugh at me (captions aren’t doing it). I am sort of desperate. Should I purchase a software engineering application? Buy a sound effects CD? What is the answer? How do I outfit my PC to stand up to this task?
Seriously, AE Experts everywhere say nothing about audio or how to map to yur effect – could this be a small oversight (grrrrrrr). Please. Please. Please. Good-rock-them-walls sounds. How does one capture it or create it? Let’s start with a horrific thunderstorm – already complete and ‘after-effected’. And how bout a motorcycle blasting off. Dialog?
I think this is the fun part so can you point me in the right direction?

Any standard multitrack editor can support video. I’m using adobe audition. If you can work AE you’ll have no problem figuaring them out. Then get yourself collection of sound effects, search for what you need online, or make your own.

Thanks. I will check out the Adobe Audition product. Does Primere Pro 2 have the same functionality?

Premiere is for non-linear video editing. Granted it’s got more audio capabilities than AE, it’s still not what your looking for if you want to get fancy.
