oh audition..my how you messed with me
so.
here’s the thing. i know, ok? i know the problems with cool edit pro.
but for some reason, that stupid thing sounds better than any other program. no joke, i have done so many tests; mic up a drum kit 2. record it (with the same settings) into 3 or 4 dif. programs, and CEP ALWAYS sounds better.
so. i upgraded to audition. and after a month of dealing with the havoc it wrought upon my machine, uninstalled, reinstalled CEP.
anyone else?

I hear you … I find Audition 1.5 to be as stable as CEP, but it’s basically the same program … Adobe needs to correct the problems before I use 2.0 ……………. WILLIE
