  Offline to Online Process

  Hello

  I have never done this process and I’am hoping someone can better explain how to do this…i looked through some threads but nothing really answered my questions.

  I am taking RAW files and converting in AE7 2 streams of quicktimes 1) Online as Animation and what I will actually edit on offline Pro Res 422. The wraw sequences are 1920×1080 @ 30fps.

  I have never gone from the offline to Online process and I am just wondering what the best way of going about this might be.
  I was thinking to edit in pro res and then once picture is locked online up to the animation version of the qt video files in order to hand off to animators and such to work with full quality footage…the only problem is i have never used medium manager or cinema tools and have no idea how to do this process.

  If anyone has some advice please let me know what will be best.
