Off Topic: Release Forms
This isn’t exactly Vegas related butI thought I’d ask anyway . . . .
Does anyone have a link to or a website with a good guideline for developing videotaping release/permission forms?
I need to develop one for my own needs and thought it would be a good ideato look at others as a guidelines to begin. I work with bands and artists signed to small and major record labels and now that things are picking up some I need to move from verbal agreements to written when dealing with the big-boys!

A google search on “talent release” or “model release” will bring you a whole lotta examples.
