  Odyssey 7Q+ mixing 16 Channel input via SDI

  I wanted to see if anyone is doing this. Since I have an Odyssey 7q+ I would like to also send the digital or analog output from my field mixer with at least 4-8 separated channels to my Odyssey to be recorded with the video on the SDI input. I know there are audio embedders out there like the AJA HD/SD-SDI 4-Channel Analog Audio Embedder.
  Does anyone have experience with this, and do these boxes work with 4K RAW signal ?
  This would ideally give me more then my camera`s 2 channels without having to re-sync from a field audio recorder. And if it works ‘digital out of mixer’ I could use the mixers AD converter for better audio.
