    This camera just came back from Sony repair for a focus/lens problem and now it no longer see the external hard drive when it is attached. ( have tried different drives and still no luck) When you try to access it via the mode feature and go to manage media and select it, it indicates that is not one attached.
    After looking in the camera’s manual, I could not find anything that pertains to this issue. When the drive is attached to the camera the power light is not on…

    Try resetting from the top panel. If this fails contact Sony support– 800 883 6817.

    Does the FMU128 drive mount correctly on your computer?

    Tried resetting and no luck. The FMU128 is seen by the computer….we have tried 4 different drives on this camera and nothing.

    Hi Becky– does your computer see the FMU128? You should call this in to support, 800 883 6817..
