OK… I’ve got my flame suit on. How do I make a numbered list of shots so they show up from 1 to 300? I’m sure there is a simple way, but I can’t think of it. Starting with 01 prevented 10 from showing up after 1, but how do I stop 100 from following 10, and still follow 99? Duh… OK, I feel stupid now. Help! BTW, looked in FAQ, but couldn’t locate it if it’s there.

No, Patrice… unfortunately 0100 follows 01. But thanks anyway.

Mick, I can’t see what the problem is. I just imported some jpgs numbered 0001.jpg, 0010.jpg, 0099.jpg, 0100.jpg, 0300.jpg, and they sort just as you would expect when you click the name column.

That’s the trick. If you clips go to the thousands in Fcp, all of your clips need to have a enough numbers for thousands. Clip 0001 not clip 1.

So in the case of hundreds of clips it’d be clip 001-clip 300.

That’s what I ment: you need all your file names to have the same amunt of digits and the files will be in order.
