NTSC to PAL Questions

Nice expensive ones that do things like add set-up usually won’t.
Very nice really expensive ones, like they put on ocean-going super-yachts, yes, For when they’re in Monte Carlo.
Really cheap generic ones from Taiwan and China, most do, sort of. Maybe rescaling, and adding one frame in 5 to get the frame rate. Doesn’t look so good.

Most NTSC players don’t play PAL, but if you can look hard enough, you can find them. Some will even standards convert too, which is useful if you’re not using a projector or another multi-standard display.
