ntsc 30 fps – pal 25fps
Hello,
I have footage recorded at 30 fps ntsc and footage at 25 fps pal.
I’ve converted both to pro res 422 and they both load into the time line fine.
But eventually they run out of sync. with each other (audio and video)
What do i have to do to get them to play in sync. for the entire clip?

Mixing frame rates is bad in FCP. It doesn’t do it well. Best to convert the footage to matching frame rates before you begin editing (Compressor does this). Or, you can try to use the STANDARDS CONVERTER plugin from nattress.com. That allows for PAL footage to work in an NTSC project, and vice versa.
