  Nothing plays in canvas when fit to window is selected

  Apple pro res 4444 footage.. was editing away everything was fine. Now all of a sudden I dont seem to be able to see anything in the canvas whilst playing through the timeline, this is only happening when fit to window is selected. If i put it at 100% it’ll play – just at a very low frame rate, so thats not much use. Soon as i put it on fit to window i get nothing… No clue whats happened here.
