Not working properly : Animate object along the path (Adobe aftereffects)
I have illustrated a rocket and now i want it to fly in a specific projectile. I drew the projectile path with the help of pen tool in Adobe Aftereffects. then I copied the path from the contents of shape layer and pasted it in the position toggle of the illustration (rocket) to get the keyframes which i got. now the shape is following the path, only the path it follows, it follows at the bottom of the screen whereas I drew it along the center of the screen horizontally.
can anyone help? what should I do to correct it? OR is there any other way possible to Animate an object along the path?

perhaps it is the anchor point. Maybe try and copy the path to the position of a null, then parent the rocket to the null, may give more flexibility.
Or, make sure the rockets anchor point is in the middle of the rocket.
