not the usual “removed unused” question… remove unused inside a specific bin
Hello everyone,
I’ve just finished working on a slightly complex project and I’d like to tidy it up before archiving it.
The project has a lot of clips contained in different bins and I’d like to preserve all the clips contained in a bin while removing the unused clips contained in another bin.I’m well aware of the removed unused function in premiere, but this will remove every single unused clip from the project.
Any solution to this?

Not elegant…
but if you expose the video usage and audio usage columns in the project panel…
then you can sort those how you wish…
and delete just what you wish leaving the what you wish….
ALTERNATIVELY….
you could take the material in a KEEP FOR ARCHIVE sequence
then they will be “used” and not removed
when you run “remove unused” function…
