not recognising layers
hi
probably a stupid question but….. Encore doesnt seem to recognise the layers from the photoshop file. theres three layers, background and two objects for buttons. When i import as menu encore sees it all as a background. I set the file to save as layers and prefixed the buttons with (+) but it still doesnt work.

Did you put them in a prefixed folder as well ?
Best is to open one of Encore’s template PSD files in photoshop and check the structure.

Save the PSD as 8 bit rather than 16 bit.
