Normally scaled but not on Render

From what I’ve been told and Peter chamberlain can correct me here if I’m wrong, but 3 things ..
The scaled / un-scalded check box in monitoring setup has nothing to do with your rendered file.
If you render a file format that is YUV or 422 it will be scaled, ie QTime prorez HQ, mfx, uncompressed etc.
If you render DPX, open EXR or tiff then these files will be unscaled ie 0-1023.

I’m not sure this is covered very clearly in the manual, If MR C or Rohit could confirm this for everyone, that’d be great!

I always presumed the normally scaled video check box was the same as broadcast safe check box in Color
