Normalizing loudness of two speakers
I received interview footage where the interviewer is unacceptably louder than the interviewee. Can someone recommend a workflow to make their volumes more compatible?

Sure, there’s are several easy ways. Please select the interviewer’s track.
To reduce the volume, use the Amplitude and Compression tab. Also use the Normalise effect or manually adjust the volume by using the Amplitude tool.Moreover, consider compressing both tracks in order to achieve a more consistent volume. You can apply Multiband Compressor or Single band Compressor effect.
