Noob.Davinci Resolve is changing the colour of one clip
Davinci Resolve is changing the color of one clip. I have an animation which I am trying to edit in Resolve the color of the character in the clip is gray in the source material but when I select the in and out point and insert the clip into the timeline it changes from gray to purple. If I try to copy and paste clips it does the same thing. I want to use the same clip twice in the timeline project but the color change keeps happening and I don’t know why ( I am not trying to color grade). Please help. Thank you.

What codec is the clip? It may have been rendered using a codec with alpha which might explain why things are changing in the timeline from the preview.
Check the clip attributes and let us know what sort of codec and clip settings Resolve is dealing with.
