    I have no idea what I’m doing wrong.

    I’m exporting a sequence and the entire screen gets recorded onto an AVI output file.

    LOL

    What the heck am I doing wrong???

    are you going File-> Export? If so…..don’t.

    Always add your comps to the render queue, here you have a lot more control over what you are outputting.

    is that what you mean?
