sorry in advance if this is obvious, but here it goes –

how do I access layer’s property’s value field instantly with keyboard?

it sounds confusing! example – I press T, layer’s opacity unfolds. To change opacity value, I have to move mouse and click on blue 100 and to type, lets say, 20. Instead, I want to press T, <something something> and type 20 instantly with no mouse involved. I tried TAB, enter, all I could think of. what I am missing here?

    a.

    Hi Antonio,

go to the keyboard shortcuts and search for “Dialog”.

You’ll see the list of all shortcuts to instantly jump to numerical entry (Edit in Dialog Box).

For example, on Mac, cmd-shift-O to enter the opacity value.

that is helpful! thanks. it opens new dialog box, instead of selecting that field but that works too. thanks, and have nice day!
