  Noob: ‘full-ISH’ screen- max size w/o obscuring menus? (W7)

  Is there a one-click way to get the current working document to expand to fill the interface, but NOT obscure the menu bar?

  Currently, when I click the MAXIMIZE icon the window expands and covers up the menu bar and associated Option area. Without dragging by hand, I’d prefer it to fill up TO but not OVER the menu+option area.
