Alright, Having some problems with the noise effects in Sony Vegas Pro 9.
(Actually nothing is really working so this is obviously my error and probably something super simple.)

What I am working on doing right now is

    1) Inserting a black solid
    2) Then inserting noise on top of it ( Extreme Noise )

But when I go to do it nothing shows up what so ever.
Video track isn’t muted or anything, When I first got the program it was working fine tho that is why I am confused. Any help would be much appreciated.
    Thank you.

There is a circle looking button in your preview window controls (up above your preview window). Click the drop down arrow attached to that button and make sure bypass fx is not selected. That should do it for you.

    Hey Mike,

Are you perhaps married to M. Schepers, and father of N. Schepers? If so, then we’re kinda family. . .(check out FB).
It would be cool to have someone so close on the family block be a Vegas user, I think.
