If it doesn’t and you still want the benefits, just add a workflow step where you import your original clips, apply the filters – then export the corrected clips and re-import them into your Event Browser.

Use the “perfected clips” as your sources and everything works fine.

The point is that in X, the more work you do in the Event Browser – the more powerful things become because that work becomes available to ALL your subsequent projects.
