    Once I upgraded, no video was showing in either the source or program monitors. I was getting audio but no video. Anyone else have this issue?

    Same here, same system, and same result. No Video. Just shows grey.

    Yeah, the folks on the Facebook group “Moving to Adobe Premiere Pro” helped me out. It seems to get more traffic than this forum lately…

    I think it was a conflict between the GPUs. My GPU processor had changed from my nVida Cuda card to an OpenGL card after I updated. I changed it to software mode, then back to my Cuda card. Then video playback worked again.

    Before I came upon that solution, I also updated to the newest Mac OS, updated my nVidia drivers, used Adobe’s Creative Cloud Cleaner tool to uninstall all my Adobe products, then reinstalled just the newest update. So any of those things could have contributed to the solution, too.
