No Templates or Brushes
Posted by Joel Thiessen on March 24, 2011 at 8:25 pmI seem to be missing all of my Motion Templates and all but two of my Brush Styles (Airbrush & Solid).
What can I do to get these back?!
Thanks!Jeff Greenberg replied 15 years, 1 month ago 3 Members · 2 Replies -

March 24, 2011 at 8:31 pmYou probably need to re-install the Motion Content Disc 1 & 2.

Those items normally live (unless you installed them somewhere else on install) at: /Library/Application Support/Final Cut Studio/Motion
If they used to be there, motion isn’t pointing to them any more – for whatever reason (it’s forgotten it’s default or it’s been deleted). It’s under yoru prefs
If they’ve never been there, they weren’t installed.
Check the Library tab, content and see there – you should have about 1400+ pieces of media in your library.
