No sound when burning dvd from image created in Encore
My dvd/blu ray burner hooked up to my iMac is being repaired, so in Encore I made image files to burn dvds and blu rays on another computer. Blu ray comes out fine, but regular dvd version has no sound on main movie, only on the menu! This is both when played on a computer and multiple dvd players. When I preview the dvd in Encore I can hear the sound. When I play the image file with VLC, no sound problems. When I play it on an Apple DVD player, same problem of sound on menu, but not on main movie.
Settings were unchanged from when I have directly made blu rays and dvds in Encore. Should I change the sound transcoding setting to mpeg-1 from Dolby? What’s going on here? Please help.
