No sound in scp14 when importing footage from a school digital video library
Hi,
Teachers send me footage on a daily basis when the footage does not come with captions on their digital platform that they subscribe to.
They give me a download link and the video always comes down in chapters – ususallyaround 25 chapters (for a movie length).
I then want to render it into one long video (i.e. without chapters)
hHhowever if i bring any of the chapters into vegas, there is no sound.
The only way i know how to get around this is to render every chapter through handbrake, and then drop those chapters into vegas, so that i have one long piece of footage with sound. Then, i render i to one whole piece via vegas.
Is there any other way to bring the the footage directly into vegas so that i can hear the audio? ? Im presuming its something to do with audio settings?
Im wasting so much time doing it this way.
The properties of the video say … 656×360, 703 kbps data rate, 800kbps total. Bit rate, 24 frames per second, & audio = 96 kbps, channels (2) stereo, audio sample rate 48 Khz.Hope that makes sense, thanks.
