  No SDI out from Blackmagic Decklink Pro PCIE with FCP 5.1

  Chaps,

  I have a new quad G5 with Final cut studio installed and the decklink pro. I’vew been able to capture via SDI ok but am unable to output a signal. All drivers are up to date as per blackmagic website and settings correct in FCP as far as I know (I’ve just switched to mac from Premiere on PC).

  I’ve made a email support request to blackmagic but no response as yet and no phone number to call them on.

  Does anyone know if this is a problem that has come about with the new 5.1 release of FCP?

  Any suggestions on checking settings?
