No “Panasonic P2” option in Import menu.
To anyone that could help,
I know that I’m not doing something right. I just got my HVX200 and am trying to import/ingest my footage into FCPS2. I go to:
File =>
Import => and…
No “Panasonic P2” option.I have done this before with FCP5, not sure if there is just a setting that I don’t have correct or maybe an upgrade? Don’t see why this would be though.
Please help if anyone has any ideas.

It’s now called “Log and Transfer.” It’s the same once you get there.

Always good to spend a few minutes reading the release notes accessed by the help menu.
sometimes it’s called the New Features.
