I was doing a difficult masking job when I ran out of “memory”. This never happened to me before, could someone please tell me exactly what to do?

    Thanks I appreciate it greatly,

    Bill

What was the exact wording of the error message? What were you doing when it showed up? What version of AE are you using? What operating system are you using? What are the specs of your computer? What type of footage are you working with (format and codec)?

    I get the message:

Does this happen often or was this it just the one time?
Did you try what the error message suggested?

It has happened several times with CS3 and AE 2. I was confused by the directions so I didn’t correct it.
