    No digital sound out of new Mac Pro?

    Just installed FCP 5, capturing DV footage. Only problem, can’t hear any sound from clips in FCP. Any idea where the settings need to be changed? When I play back the clips, I can hear them over my NTSC monitor, but not over my computer speakers. Thanks.

    Not supposed to hear both at once.

    For External Audio/Video playback:

    View (menu) > External Video > All Frames

    For Mac Audio playback:

    View (menu) > External Video > Off
