  No Digital Cinema Desktop Preview in DVDSP4 with Decklink installed

  I’ve run into a strange problem on a customer Mac:

  They’re trying to use DVD Studio Pro’s Digital Cinema Desktop Preview mode on a second screen, but with Decklink drivers installed it doesn’t work (no preview happens on screen 2). Removing Decklink drivers fixes the problem.

  When it doesn’t work I get these errors in Console:

  DVD Studio Pro[247] invalid pixel format
  DVD Studio Pro[247] invalid context

  The system specs:

  MacPro
  Mac OSX 10.4.8
  DVDSP 4.1.1
  ExtremeHD card
  Decklink 5.8

  I have a somewhat identical machine which does not have this problem. We’ve tried reinstalling DVDSP and removing pref files. The problem is limited to DVDSP, in FCP the Digital Cinema Desktop Preview works regardless.

  Any thoughts?
